Returns, Replacements & Missing Package Policy
At DandyLou, every product is made to order through trusted production partners. We handle all customer service directly so your experience stays simple, transparent, and consistent.
Because all items are custom-produced, we follow a strict and uniform 14-day issue reporting window for all orders from the date of delivery.
1. Quality Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us at info@dandylou.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or a refund.
2. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse
Because DandyLou items are custom-made for each order, we cannot accept returns for:
- change of mind
- choosing the wrong size, color, or style
- preference changes
Only defective or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or refund.
3. Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order does not arrive:
- Notify us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
- We will contact the production partner and shipping carrier.
A replacement will be issued after verification.
4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

1. Full name
2. Order number
3. Description of the issue
4. Photos (if applicable)
5. Whether you prefer a replacement or refund
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued only for verified defects, incorrect items, lost orders, or cancellations before production.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
